Acceptance of terms:
By accessing or utilizing any of the services provided by KaruZone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Service Offerings:
KaruZone specializes in a wide range of graphic design and branding services, including but not limited to logo design, brand identity development, website design, print collateral, and digital marketing materials. Our dedicated team of professionals works tirelessly to ensure that each project is executed with creativity, innovation, and paying the most attention to detail.
Client Responsibilities:
As a client of KaruZone, you are responsible for providing clear and concise instructions, timely feedback, and necessary assets required for the completion of your project. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays of your project delivery.
Payment Terms:
Clients are required to adhere to our payment terms as agreed upon in our initial contract. Failure to comply may result in delayed project timelines.
Revision Policy:
We strive for client satisfaction and offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure your vision is realized. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Intellectual Property:
We respect the intellectual property rights of our clients and third parties. Any concepts, designs, or materials created by KaruZone remain the intellectual property of KaruZone until full payment has been received, upon which all rights are transferred to the client.
Confidentiality:
KaruZone understands the importance of confidentiality in business relationships. We pledge to keep all client information and project details confidential, except where required by law.

Refund rules:
We do not offer refunds for completed services. In the event of dissatisfaction, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue through revisions.If still you’re not satisfy then you can ask about refund within 15 days of placing the order.
We regret to inform you that under certain circumstances, we are unable to offer refunds. Please note the following conditions:
Confirmation of Acceptance:
Once you have confirmed or approved the acceptance of a design, we cannot provide a refund. Your approval signifies acceptance of the final project, indicating satisfaction.
Lack of Communication:
If there has been a failure to communicate with us for more than fifteen days, any refunds will be at the discretion of Team KaruZone management.
Client Alterations:
If the company for whom the design was performed undergoes changes such as closure, name change, or other alterations rendering the design ill-fitting, we cannot issue a refund.
Special Offers:
Refunds will not be provided for purchases of “Special Offers” that do not constitute one of our standard packages as advertised.
Final Delivery:
Once you have taken final delivery of the project, refunds will not be entertained.
